B'nei and B'not Mitzvah at Kol Shofar To celebrate a bar or bat mitzvah at Kol Shofar, students must have a minimum of five years of Jewish education in Beit Binah, or in another program approved by the rabbis. Enrolling your children by the third grade is necessary to learn Hebrew sufficiently for their bar/bat mitzvah service and to learn the Jewish values and traditions that we believe are essential to meaningfully becoming bar or bat mitzvah in our community. B'nei Mitzvah families:  Please download the following forms that you will need to prepare for your Bar or Bat Mitzvah service. The first is the aliyot and honors form that you will go over with your Ritual Resource Coordinator and turn in to the front office at least two weeks before your simcha.
