HIGH HOLYDAYS 5771   Elul Study Sessions Take some time to prepare for the High Holy Days by studying some of our texts about forgiveness, judgement, compassion and teshuvah with two wonderful teachers.  Each session will be held at Westminster, at 1:30 PM, following Shabbat Services and Kiddush. A study session with Gail Dorph The layout of our beautiful new building allows us to take a new approach to the High Holy Days. We will be offering two extraordinary services which will run simultaneously: A full Traditional Service in the spacious and light-filled Beit Am (multipurpose room) led by Rabbi Chai Levy and Todd Silverstein; And an exciting new Contemporary Service in our soaring and serene Beit Knesset (sanctuary) led by renowned Guest Rabbi Steven Sager, from North Carolina, who will be joined by Ami Goodman, Illana Zauderer Parker and Elana Zizmor.   You may choose which service you wish to attend, but please remember that requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: as in years past, High Holy Day request forms can be sent only after we receive your completed membership packet.  So, if the choice of service matters to you, please return your forms today.
