Jewish meditation is a method of slowing down, calming the mind, cultivating awareness, compassion and Jewish wisdom. We will explore the silence within and connect to a sense of spirituality, as we shift our focus from doing and accomplishing to simply being present.
Sessions led by Larry & Diane yermack. Both have studied Mindfulness Meditation Teaching with Jon Cabot Zin. Larry is participating in a Jewish Meditation treach Training cohort from The Institute for Jewish Spirituality. Diane is an experienced singer and chant leader.
Those with no meditation experience as well as experienced meditators are warmly welcome.
